GOLDEN NEEDLE

Due to age, sun light, seasonal changes, air pollution, fatigue, insomnia, stress, unhealthy nutrition, alcohol, cigarette consumption and changes in its structure with genetic factors, the skin gets older faster than other organs. Depending on the effects of aging on the skin, wrinkles, elasticity and moisture loss, as well as spots occur. “Fractional Radiofrequency”, known as “Golden Needle”, which is an effective method for non-surgical face rejuvenation. By directly reaching under the skin without affecting the surface of the skin, many problems on the skin can also be treated with the golden needle procedure that makes the skin bright, tight and healthy.

How does golden needle procedure work?

We use ALLURA VI++ machine for this treatment, With the gold-tipped micro needles in the Allura VI++ device, the epidermis which is the top layer of the skin is passed and the middle skin is reached directly. The radiofrequency energy given to the lower layers of the skin with the help of gold needles reaches the skin substrate without damaging the skin surface and it induces the production of collagen and elastin. During the application, collagen fibers are stimulated by applying heat from the needles to the tissue. In this way, a quick recovery is provided on the skin, and collagen production and damaged collagen are repaired. Thus, regeneration of the skin, repair of damaged tissues, bright and healthy skin is observed.

How is the golden needle applied?

Before the application of fractional radiofrequency (golden needle), the area where the procedure will be performed is cleaned and an anesthetic cream is applied in order to reduce pain. The Allura VI++  system has  disposable gold needle caps. Although the duration of the gold needle application varies depending on the region, it usually takes 30-45 minutes, after the procedure there may be slight redness and edema.

Are the effects of this treatment immediately observed?

Depending on the condition of the skin, the effect can be seen after 3 sessions on average. 4-6 sessions may be required in cases such as wrinkles, acne scars or scars. After the procedure, the repair of the skin continues and the skin improves day by day.

After Care 

A slight redness may occur on the skin surface after the procedure. The treated area should be kept dry for 24 hours after the treatment and protected from the sun. There may be tiny crusts on the skin after the session, they will fall off automatically 3-4 days after the session. Make-up should not be applied after the session.
